I wanted some Halumi cheese on the weekend and on the shelf of the store "Yarche" I didn't find my favorite cheese from Gorodets cheese factory, but saw Halumi from the producer Mayma-Moloko and tried it.
The cheese is delicious. Really, very cool. I will definitely buy another pack (by the way, haloumi can be frozen in the freezer, so form a reserve).
The cost of a pack - it seems somewhere it cost me 150-170 rubles (in a pack of a little less than 200 grams), which for such a cheese straight normal price!

Очень вкусный сыр. Долго нормально лежит в холодильнике (не в морозилке) и не портится. На бутерброды хорошо идёт. Не крошится при резке, к ножу не липнет. На бутерброде при подогреве хорошо плавится. Вкусно есть и отдельно - просто ломтиками.
Ярко выраженный сырный вкус, сливочный с небольшой кислинкой. Нормальная консистенция, не слишком мягкий. Хранится хорошо
Решила попробовать еще один сыр этого производителя, и он тоже не подкачал и оправдал ожидания. Вкусный, нежный. Не понимаю тех кто пишет плохие отзывы, видимо люди забыли вкус натурального сыра. Всем кто родился в СССР и помнят, что такое натуральные и качественные продукты, рекомендую к покупке.
